You can pay by card (Visa and Mastercard), Klarna invoice, Klarna instalments and Klarna direct payment.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@ljomen.com. If the order has already been shipped, you can use your right of withdrawal instead.

Shipping and delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs SEK 79. For orders over SEK 999, shipping is free. Bulky items carry a higher shipping fee, which is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Your order is processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery with PostNord then takes 2–4 working days.

Do you deliver outside Sweden?

Not at the moment. We deliver within Sweden only.

Can I have the parcel delivered to my home?

Yes. At checkout you choose whether to collect the parcel at a pickup point or have it delivered to your home.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

The parcel is held at the pickup point for 14 days. If it is not collected, it is returned to us, and we charge you the cost of the return shipping and a fee of SEK 200.

My parcel is damaged. What should I do?

Point out the damage at once at the pickup point or to the courier, and contact us as soon as you can. Damage in transit is our responsibility.

Returns and complaints

How do I withdraw from a purchase?

Tell us at info@ljomen.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then tell you where to send it. Read more on the Returns page.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you withdraw from a purchase, you pay the return shipping. For complaints about faulty goods, we pay.

When will I get my money back?

No later than 14 days after we received your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the item back, or until you have shown that you have sent it.

My lamp is broken. What should I do?

Contact us at info@ljomen.com. Include your order number, describe the fault and, if you can, attach a photo. You have a three-year right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Products and installation

Do the lamps work in Sweden?

Yes. The products are CE marked and designed for 230 V and 50 Hz, as in the Swedish power grid.

Which light source does the lamp use?

It is stated for each product.

Can I install the lamp myself?

If the lamp is to be permanently installed in a ceiling or wall where there is no lamp socket, the work must be carried out by an authorised electrician. If you are unsure, hire an electrician.

How do I dispose of an end-of-life lamp?

Take it to a recycling centre or another collection point for electrical waste. Lighting must never be thrown in household waste.
